22 courses, four tracks

Every course starts from a situation lawyers have already lived through: the screenshot the other side challenges, the flawed expert report, the client who deleted the conversation. Each class shows what the technique can prove, where evidence gets lost and what to ask for. The courses are taught in Portuguese and built on Brazilian law; the materials are ready to use: checklists, model questions and scripts.

Frequently asked questions
Are the courses in person or online?
Both. Every course runs live by videoconference, and in person anywhere in Brazil. Recording depends on what the proposal sets out.
Can I bring a course to my firm?
Yes. In a closed class, examples and cases are adjusted to the firm's practice, and the team can bring questions about real cases, handled in confidence.
Are there a certificate and materials?
Each course's support materials go to all participants: checklists, model questions and scripts. Every participant receives a certificate of attendance stating the course hours.
Do the courses replace hiring an expert?
No. They teach how to recognise the technical problem, preserve the evidence and ask the right questions. The examination itself still needs an expert, court-appointed or acting as party-appointed expert.
How do I join the waiting list for the next open class?
Use the registration form at the end of this page, ticking the courses you are interested in. People on the list hear about dates first.
